Check your spam or Promotions folder — delivery emails sometimes land there. Your download link works for 48 hours on every plan. Something still missing? Reply to the delivery email and we'll help.
WAV, MP3, and M4A. Free tier: up to 200 MB and 60 minutes per episode, 2 hours of processing per month. Creator and Founding: up to 1000 MB and 180 minutes per episode, 10 hours per month. Studio: up to 1000 MB and 300 minutes per episode, 30 hours per month.
Dynamic — SM7B, Samson Q2U, and similar broadcast mics. Condenser — Blue Yeti, AT2020, and studio condensers. Headset / AirPods — built-in or wireless headset mics (EQ and loudness only). Multiple mics / Not sure — safe default when you're unsure.
Downloads are available for 48 hours after processing completes. Temporary working copies are removed after processing. Original uploads, previews and masters are removed by scheduled cleanup; physical deletion may occur later than link expiry, including when cleanup is retried after a failure. Download and keep your own copy.
Cancel anytime from your account — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled case by case; reply to any PodMaster email or use Manage billing on your account page.
